🌾 Agriculture: A Journey Back to Eden

Our Mission

“To provide the institution with monthly nutritional needs and to equip families with the knowledge and experience needed to achieve food sovereignty—through a divinely inspired, symbiotic agricultural model.”

Country Life Institute is answering God's call to prepare for the times ahead by returning to the land and raising a generation of self-sufficient missionaries rooted in the soil and the Spirit.

God’s Original Plan

📖 Genesis 2:15 — “And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.”

Nature was God’s first classroom. Agriculture was the first profession. In this divine plan, humanity was to learn discipline, cooperation, and dependence on the Creator through the cultivation of the land.

  • 🔹 Manual labor with nature
  • 🔹 Mental, physical, and spiritual balance
  • 🔹 Deepened connection with God

“The earth has blessings hidden in her depths for those who have courage and will and perseverance to gather her treasures.” — Ministry of Healing, p. 366

End-Time Preparation

Revelation 13:17 — “That no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark...”

We are warned that a time is coming when commerce will be controlled. Country Life Institute is proactively preparing by:

  • 🔸 Producing our own food
  • 🔸 Teaching others to grow their own food
  • 🔸 Establishing food networks between churches, families, and institutions

“In the future the problem of buying and selling will be a very serious one.” — Letter 5, 1904

Education in Agriculture

We offer hands-on training for families, students, and missionaries, based on biblical principles and agroecological science.

A Symbiotic Model

Our agricultural program is designed to be symbiotic, reflecting God's system of mutual benefit:

  • For the Institution – Monthly food supply and educational training center
  • For the Families – Independence from external food systems
